About the Learnership Programme
The EPI Recruit Learnership Programme offers unemployed South African youth the opportunity to participate in SETAs-accredited learnerships in partnership with various host companies.
Our learnerships are designed to:
Equip learners with practical workplace experience
Enhance employability through accredited training
Support South Africa’s B-BBEE Skills Development initiatives
Provide a monthly stipend during the programme
This initiative forms part of EPI Recruit’s mission to bridge the gap between education and employment while empowering communities across the country.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an EPI Recruit Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be South African citizens with a valid South African ID
Must be currently unemployed
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
Must have a minimum of Grade 10 (Matric preferred)
Must not be enrolled in any other learnership or internship
Must be available full-time for the 12-month duration of the programme
